自社工場に届けられた木材をカットすることが、家具づくりの最初のステップ。それを安全基準を満たした接着剤で貼り合わせ、合板をつくります。乾燥させた後、図面に沿ってプログラミングされたNC（数値制御によって加工する機械）で、部品ごとにカットしていきます。

Cutting the wood delivered to our factory is the first step of furniture building. The cut wood is laminated with safety standard-compliant bond to create plywood. After the plywood is dried, it is cut into components with an NC (numerically controlled machine tool) programmed according to the drawings.

接着剤同様、安全基準を満たした塗料を使って部品を塗装し、エッジ加工を施したらいよいよ組み立て。これまでの工程の確かな精度が、組み立てた製品の品質に現れます。
完成した製品は一つ一つ目視によるチェックを経て、梱包されます。

Components are painted with safety standard-compliant paint, similar to the bond. The edges are chamfered while the components are assembled. The high accuracy of these steps appears in the quality of our assembled products. Each completed product is visually checked and then packaged.

Our sales staff not only sells products to customers, but also listens to customer's issues and problems, and helps to find solutions for them, through furniture and space creation. Our sales know-how is accurately handed down through implementation. Each employee is a confident member of our proposal-type sales staff.

私たちの管理部門は、総務・経理分野の仕事を総合的に行う部署。仕入れや受注をはじめ様々なデータの入力・管理、請求書の発行など、家具づくりを下支えするとともに、会社としての基本的な業務を担当します。

Our Management Department handles general affairs and accounting duties. Our staff supports furniture building and takes care of the company's basic business by inputting and managing various data related to supplies and orders, and by issuing invoices.
